  • Answer incoming calls, online chats, emails from customers to clarify questions from customers and improve customer satisfaction
  • Support the promotion events to drive customer acquisition
  • Support daily fulfillment in central kitchen (based in Newark)
  • Be capable to discover potential issues in customer experience and suggest solutions; Work closely with cross team members to improve current process
  • Lead the Company’s CRM platform project to build the customer service process and protocols

Job Requirement

  • 2-3 years’ work experience in a call center or customer service team; be familiar with the call center operation platform and features
  • Be capable to adjust and optimize customer service process
  • Be proactive and a good team player
  • Bilingual (English and Chinese) is a plus
