Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Install, update and troubleshoot softwares and hardwares on sites.
  • Provide technical assistance to the team members and users on a regular basis such as helping set up hardware or software, diagnosing connectivity or data access problems, answering questions about hardware or software, and helping users access shared drives and devices.
  • Develop, Update, Maintain and Troubleshoot Shopify website. Including modification of products, orders, and managing 3rd extension apps. 
  • Develop, Update, Maintain and Troubleshoot Square POS system. Including modification of products, orders, and availability information. 
  • Develop, Update, Maintain and Troubleshoot Instore Kiosks, Kitchen Display System, Delivery App Hub, Printer, Menu, and various technical infrastructures.
  • Organize, backing up, and secure daily data, as well as retrieving files when needed.
  • Anticipate, purchase and organize the technical assets and infrastructures

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors in technical field preferred 
  • Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming experience is preferred, previous Shopify & Square experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, along with familiarity with different operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, Android and iOS.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Efficient troubleshooting abilities
