  • Manage all material transactions for the company. 
  • Ensure accurate inventory receipts. Organizing warehouses to be efficient. Supervise day-to-day operations of inventory planning function.Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting or other means. Create, maintain, and execute inventory plans and forecasts
  • Online and offline purchasing. Manager vendor sourcing and selecting. Maintain vendor relationships and vendor agreements as well as contract negotiation. Monitor the on time, quality, and costing performance of suppliers and review results with them and management.
  • Use e-commerce software for purchasing management, track shipments and update ETA, Maintain purchase documents in a systematic retrieval manner. Assist in management in 3rd party fulfillment and logistics partner. 
  • Fulfilling to the kitchen need for daily Food RAW and package supply needs. 
  • Continuously improving processes to gain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work in close collaboration with the cross-functional team.
  • Deliver packages to customers or partners in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Ability to “multi-task” in a fast-growing startup is essential
  • Assist the Manager in the preparation of budget, financial forecasts and other projects as required.


  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, purchasing. 

    High degree of business ethics and accountability.
  • Very detail oriented and focused on transactions accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects- prioritization, planning and task delegation.
  • Can tackle daily tasks with a real sense of priority and urgency.
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
