We are now operating at San Francisco Premium Outlet and Stanford Shopping Center for fruit tea and bakery products, and we are on a mission to open dozens of locations in the next few years around the country.   • Partner with hiring manager and recruiting team to own onboarding / offboarding processes, and continually improve employees’ experience
  • Work closely with hiring managers, tech team, etc. to design and implement new hire orientation
  • Assist with immigration program; Support the team to manage external vendors, such as insurance brokers, etc.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for questions and feedback from the team related to human resources
  • Other projects / tasks as assigned



  • 2+ years' experience in HR operations or HR generalist role; experience in retail industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A great team player
  • Able to work with multiple projects and work under pressure
