We currently provide creative pop-up concept stores for fruit tea and bakery products, with the goal of opening a few physical stores around the Bay Area in 2021.   • Mixes, prepares and bakes various product offerings
  • Bread baking and cake baking (based on demand)
  • Production of petite pastry items, such as jelly / cream filled bread buns and pineapple bread buns.
  • Daily checking-in on production schedule, ingredients stock and par
  • Inspecting the cleanliness and working conditions of all tools, equipment, and supplies
  • New product development and production of dietary-restriction items
  • Availability to work early morning independently, at least one weekend day required for full-time work
  • Knowledge and experience with basic bread baking techniques
  • Solid experience on bread dough, proofing, and sourdough bread, breakfast pastry like croissants, Danish pastries, quick bread, etc.
  • 3+ years bakery bread baking experience.
  • Experience with high-volume production
  • Must have good attention to detail – especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
  • Ability to work cleanly and efficiently in a busy kitchen, team-player a must
  • Firm understanding of food industry regulations
  • California Food Handler Certificate
  • Eligibility to work in the US
  • Be able to stand, walk, lift 50lbs heavy items, or bend over for long periods
