  • Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
  • Manage daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and local store demand planning
  • Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
  • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping
  • Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
  • Utilize inventory management systems to complete receiving and shipping documentation as required; Daily data entry and use reporting tool to provide reports;
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory for multi warehouses and responsible for daily dispatch updates;
  • Occasionally help receive, unload freight, unpack, pack and deliver daily central kitchen / store fulfillments; manage outbound / Inbound shipments in a timely manner;
  • Occasionally work as back-up cargo van driver;
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Be able to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk and lift boxes frequently weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Experience using project management software
  • Vendor management experience
  • Strong analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
  • Bilingual (English & Mandarin) Preferred but not required
