Working Hours:
 
  • Full time: 40 hours per week

  • Part-time: 20 - 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:
· Completing all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the kitchen manager
· Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves
· Washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients like fruits and tea
· Cutting fruits, whipping cream, making fruit jelly, etc.
· Cleaning dishes, washing cooking utensils, and cookware taking out the trash, and sanitizing the kitchen
· Daily checking-in on the production schedule, ingredients stock, and par
· Inspecting the cleanliness and working conditions of all tools, equipment, and supplies
· New product development and production of dietary-restriction items
· Provides consistent quality in the preparation of drinks; Ensures the preparation areas are clean and hygienic
· Work back-of-house duties such as cleaning equipment, mopping, etc.
· Work front-of-house duties such as welcoming customers to the store, engaging with them throughout the shopping process, etc.
 
Requirement
· Good communication and interpersonal skills are a plus
· Availability to work at least one weekend day
· Knowledge and experience with basic bakery techniques.
· Ability to work cleanly and efficiently in a busy kitchen, team-player a must.
· Firm understanding of food industry regulations.
· California Food Handler Certificate.
· Eligibility to work in the US.
· Be able to stand, walk, lift, or bend over for long periods
